Common Characteristics of Angiosperms
Flowers and Cones
There are many advantages of having a flower rather than a cone. It's easier and also faster to grow flowers. This is because flowers have a nectar that attracts animals to pollinate the flower. Unlike the flower, a cone takes longer because it depends on the correct time and direction of the wind. Also, flowers sometimes produce fruits, while cones on the other hand, do not. Having either a flower or cone will have its difficulties, but the flower has greater advantages, the cone can also serve as a protection to the seeds or anything harmful.
Differences Between Annual and Perennial
Annuals are plants which live for only a year and one year only . Perennials are plants that can live for many years. Plants that are annual must be replanted every year, and perennials can be maintained for many years sometimes without humans needing to 'take care' of them. Annuals typically need more maintenance, unlike the perennials. Those are the differences between perennials and annuals. But annuals grow much faster than perennials
Animals Roles in Pollination
-For flowers to be reproduced, they need to be pollinated. Pollination happens when animals digest seeds.
-Spread seeds
Flowers depend on Animals because they are a tremendous help in seed dispersal.
